Chairman/Chief Executive of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa ( Retd), on Friday, June 3, 2022, received the 2021 'Man of the Year' Award from the management of the Champion Newspapers Limited in Lagos.
Presenting the Annual Awards in a plaque to Gen. Marwa at a colourful award ceremony at the Eko Hotels and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos, the Group Managing Director/Editor in Chief of the Champion Newspapers, Dr. (Mrs) Nwadiuto Iwuanyanwu-Iheakanwa, said the award was given to the NDLEA boss for his outstanding leadership at the Anti-Narcortic agency and for the efforts of NDLEA in ridding the country of the menace of hard drugs.
