The Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Mamman Bitrus Giwa, on Saturday, monitored security arrangements at various centres for the ongoing 2026 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Computer-Based Test (CBT) across the State.
The monitoring exercise covered centres in Nsukka, Agbani, and Enugu metropolis, including the University of Nigeria, Maduka University, Zeetech CBT Centre, Renaissance University, St. Augustine CBT Centre, Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu State College of Education Technical (ESCET), Union Secondary School, and Holy Rosary College.
The Commissioner commended Police personnel, other security agencies, and JAMB officials for the peaceful and orderly conduct observed at all centres, and charged them to sustain the momentum to ensure a seamless and hitch-free examination process.
Giwa reaffirmed the Command’s commitment, in collaboration with other security agencies, to maintaining law and order throughout the examination period and beyond.
