The housing crisis remains a significant challenge, especially for the youth in Abuja, Nigeria, and globally. As the largest demographic group, their perspectives are crucial in shaping sustainable housing policies. Yet, they endure the most severe impacts of housing shortages, affordability issues, and substandard living conditions.
In a recent interview in Abuja, the Executive Director of Housing Development Advocacy in Nigeria and Africa and the Coordinator of the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) 2024, provided a comprehensive overview of this year's key event. The AIHS serves as a crucial gathering for leading stakeholders in the housing industry to network, exchange ideas, and discuss global trends and solutions in housing and construction.

Their innovative ideas and fresh perspectives are vital for creating sustainable housing solutions. As primary victims of the housing crisis, their contributions are not just valuable but essential for meaningful change.
